Why is the door locked?

J’adore is an intimate salon with only 1-3 stylists working at a time. To ensure safety of our guests and our stylists, the door may be locked. If locked, a stylist will let you when you arrive.

Is there a Front Desk Associate I can speak with about booking or products?

As we embrace technology & online booking, we do not have Support Staff at J’adore. The best way to coordinate an appointment that works with your schedule and what is available is to book through our online booking site, found at the “RESERVATIONS” tab. A list of service options and examples of what can be done during the time frames are listed on this booking site. Why can’t I book a Bang/Fringe Trim or a Neck Cleanup?

We only book by the hour at J’adore, however we invite you to our Second Sunday’s @ J’adore events for COMPLIMENTARY 15 minute dry cutting, styling & consultations! This is an exciting event that happens every second Sunday from NOON - 3pm. There is a sign up sheet when you arrive, but slots will sell out quickly! Get to us early, get your name on the list & hang out with us - we’ll have refreshments to enjoy while you wait!

Why can’t I book a Men’s cut, Barber cut, or Kids cut?

We are a safe space for all people & all haircuts & want to make sure we have the time to give you the cut that reflects who you are. We do not gender our haircuts.

We will cut children’s hair (age 10+) but this is still an hourly service at the stylists set rate. There is no “kids cut” price or discount. Please make sure if you are bringing your child that their hair is detangled and ready to cut.

We love kids but do not recommend bringing young children to the salon as there are sharp tools, cords, and chemical services being preformed.
